Few simple rules to change or return a product
Not happy about your purchase? Wrong size? No problem, you have 14 days to contact us and exchange your product(s) with another one or obtain a refund.
For some products, like racing swimwear or swimming wetsuits, size changes are free (valid only for deliveries to Italy). In other cases you will have to pay only the shipping expenses for the new product.
Free size change
In most cases size changes are free of charge. This means that you will not pay the shipping expenses for the new delivery (valid only for deliveries to Italy). Products that qualify for free exchange are clearly marked on the website. Among others racing swimsuits, triathlon wetsuits, running and tennis shoes may be changed with no additional costs.
In any case, for your convenience, we suggest you to refer to the size charts that you find in the product pages before completing the purchase or to contact us for any doubt. Our experts will be happy to help you choose the correct size based on your needs and body measures.
If you change your mind or you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return what you bought and obtain a reimburse of what you paid. Please note that we will not refund original or return shipping costs or duties.
If you have a Paypal account and you paid via Paypal you may also be refunded for shipping expenses. In order to be refunded by Paypal you need first to register your email address here: https://www.paypal.com/it/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns/.
How to request a change or refund
We will send you a return authorization as well as instructions on how to return the product(s). Once the return is received and verified, please allow 5-10 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued in this way:
- We refund your credit card if you paid via Paypal.
- We refund you via bank transfer if you paid cash on delivery, via bank transfer or via Credit Card.
- In any case we cannot use other payment methods for refunds.
Requirements for changes and returns
In order for products to be returned (with the only exception of products returned in warranty) they must be unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
Please note that failure to return all items included with your product, or returning the product without the manufacturer packaging may result in the product(s) being shipped back to you at your own expense.
In particular, here are some rules to follow to avoid problems with your returns:
- never try or test a product such as a swim suit or wetsuit in water
- be careful when you try on apparell or shoes and return them clean
- when trying clothes, swimwear and suits keep your underwear
- do not remove labels or tags
- do not destroy or damage boxes , envelopes and original packaging
- do not write on the boxes or on the original packaging
- do not wash clothes, shoes, suits or swimwear
- return all accessories originally supplied
We are sorry but we cannot accept:
- used products
- products washed, marked, stained, torn and / or that have undergone any alteration
- products without labels and / or original box
- electronic products free of all accessories originally supplied
- products bearing alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion or simple opening of a seal
